The appointment system does not cater for working patients. The earliest you can get through the phone is app 8.30 am, by then most appts have all gone. Therefore, you have to be at the surgery at 8.10 am to get and appt someday - over up till 8.15 am, staff chatting - then on phone for appts, then at window to make appts to appts are being taken all the time (which is obvious). All this is so convinient when a patient has to get to work or should be travelling by 8 am! I have heard so many patients complain about this system.
Most reception staff are helpful and pleasant but improvement on some with "attitude" would be better.
The proffesional and pleasant manner shown by doctors and staff/ receptionist to patients is a credit to the practice when you hear of some difficulties experienced by patients at some other practices in obtaining an appointment.
Rolelace just keep on doing as you are more.
Kindness.
Patience and understanding.
Made to feel had I was being listened to.
Cordiality of most doctors is improving - new ones happy to advice on r discuss bracefully other related issues.
Patient and 'less pushy'.
Ability to book more advanced appointment seems to be improving - previously, making non-urgent app'ts convenient for work - v/difficult on not at all.
I thank the doctors and reception staff for their care and attention.
We always can get an appointment to see a doctor when we feel ill(friends and family can wait days at their practises).
We feel very grateful for the whole of the staff at Roselea surgery.
